I stayed seven nights. The room was serviced only once. I repeatedly requested cleaning and fresh towels but my requests were ignored. The staff seemed disinterested and sometimes rude.

I liked the well-equipped gym. It featured laundry facilities I used. The study room was quiet. I also enjoyed the cinema they had. The pool was spacious. It helped me relax after city walks.

The room was dark. Even with all the lights on, it was difficult to apply makeup. The light switches confused me a bit.

The digital check-in was quick, and staff were helpful around the clock. I was able to leave luggage after check out, a nice perk. I appreciated the coffee machine and kettle in the room. It is not something you always find. There was sufficient space in common areas to work.

The terrace did not seem cleaned well. There were cigarette butts outside. The lighting was not effective, as the room temperature did not go down. I noticed no full-length mirror in the room.

i found the laundry facilities convenient. i appreciated the quick five-minute walk to both a supermarket and several takeout spots. the 25-minute walk into the town center was manageable and quite nice.

i noticed that the terrace wasn't as clean as i would've expected, with some scattered paper and cigarette butts.
